Yahoo'd Browser 1

Somehow my IE browser has been modified to include a bunch of Yahoo controls. How can them off of my browser?

Did you just upgrade to a newer version of IE? And when you say a bunch of controls do u mean shortcuts? To get rid of them right click next to them then choose customize and simply remove whatever you don't want.

Irs possible that the new Yahoo browser companion has been installed. This will be displayed as a toolbar, just below the existing bars. If so you can switch it off by clicking on view then Toolbars then unticking the one that has yahoo in the name. If you want to uninstall then go to

http://www.yahoo.com

for uninstall instructions. Greg Palmer
