Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, MSN all mark us as SPAM! 1

We have a brand new domain, Exchange 2003, an a record for 'mail.ourdomain.com' and a reverse DNS record for our public ip that goes to that address.

Everything works fine, but all users emails to yahoo, gmail, aol, etc. go into the "Bulk" or "Spam" folder.

Any ideas? We send out very little email, and no spam at all..

In the middle of the windows, there is a spam database lookup tool. You can check if your email server is listed in any spam database.

You might be on a DHCP address rather than static.

Thanks RichardHuang! I didn't know DNSStuff had this query. Looks like we're listed in APEWS.ORG (never even heard of them...)

Zelandakn, I thought saying that I had set up both an a record and reverse DNS would indicate that (of course) we have a static address.. I didn't think you could set up reverse DNS with a dynamic address?? In any case, yes we have static addresses.
