When I go to yahoo.com or google.com and try to search, it takes close to half a minute. I have a cable connection and it used to be very fast on google and yahoo (otherwise, it works perfectly). On google it always says that the search took far less than 1 sec. Also, when I click to go to the next page, it says that I am still on the first page, but there is different info. The first page that I get had all of these bad ads like casinos and lots of other bad stuff. The url of the first site that comes up is (i just searched for games)

then when I click on the next arrow, it gave me the site

is this normal? or is there some program on my computer messing things up? I already ran spy-bot and Ad-ware 6.0.

Here is my HijackThis Log:

Follow steps #1 - #4, in this FAQ: faq608-4650

This should avoid having to repost a hijack log to the site again. But after doing these steps you still have an issue with your internet connection, please repost a Hijack This log.

your FAQ link doesn't work... do you have the url?

It works fine for me. Just click the FAQs tab at the top of the forum and look for the FAQ: "Before posting a Hijack Log - Best Practices"
