I am in very serious troubles, none user can connect to my farm.
I had a farm with evaluation licenses (XPa and XPe), today I upgraded the XPa license to a XPe evaluation license. I performed it in the following way:
Added the XPe license
Activated the XPe license
Removed the XPa license
But the XPe license doesn't appear in the licenses list of the server. And if a client try to connect he is warning because there is no license for the product and he can't connect to the farm.
Stage (In the Citrix Management Console)
* If you select the server name in troubles you can see the Feature Release license only
* If you select Licenses in the left applet, you see in the summary tab the old licenses (XPa and XPe) only. If you change to License Numbers tab, you see alright licenses (two for FR and two for XPe), the status is Evaluation. If you change to Product tab you see that XPe license line indicate that there are one Pooled in use and another Pooled Available.
* If you try add the license again, you warning the license is already added
Tests:
* I have restarted the IMA service.
* I have restarted the computer.
* I have remove the new XPe license and added again.
But the problem persist.
