xp tweaks for all users (ntuser.dat copy?)

When I setup up XP pro for the first time , I make a bunch of tweaks to customize my desktop, power settings, screensaver, etc.

to make all users get these same settings (tweaks) is it safe to just copy the ntuser.dat file from my profile to the 'all users' profile?

Is this an acceptable method???
It seems to work for me....

I am not sure about the "All Users" profile, do you mean the "Default User" profile?

and yes I meant 'default user' not 'all users'
