XP the Royale Noir theme

I'm not sure if this theme has been officially released by Microsoft - from all indications it's leaked beta software. I don't find any indication that it is. Is there a link that indicates the status of the Royale Noir theme?
From what I read though about it, here's what seems to be indicated as the legit release (it was renamed Zune):
Is there anything really certain somewhere on the status of Royale Noir, like an official Microsoft download link?

Royale was released, but the Noir was not.
There is no "official" Microsoft download link.
This is not Zune. It is a black variant of Royale.
This is digitally signed by Microsoft.
It is not a leaked beta. It is an abandoned variant of Royale.
