All of a sudden my PC turned itself off (no programs were running at the time) On reboot it just stops at "Welcome" and the blue screen - mouse still works but nothing else. Rebooting in Safe Mode just makes it stop at "Windows is starting up".
Help !!
Any ideas would be really really appreciated guys!

This is happening to me also. If you Control, Alt, Delete, then it works. Can anyone help?

Try going into safe mode and use the last known good configuration option. If that doesn't work trying using system restore to go back to a point before trouble began.
