XP Profile copy - Domain permissions

Our domain is DOMAINA and we are merging our network to DOMAINB. I am hiring a temp to join all of our computers to the new domain DOMAINB. I dont want to make him domain admin. I have delegated control on the domain for this user so that he can join the workstations to the domain.

Next step is to copy the profile, desktop, mydocs etc to the new domain profile.

The temp will not be able to do his job of copying profile without admin permissions.

What is the best way to achieve this without granting domain rights.

Have the temp log into the PC's local Administrator account.

Also additional info we can change the local admin password of a PC from remote using PsPasswd v1.22 - a tool from Microsoft.
