im trying to install xp pro on a clean hard drive, which is actually a raid array of 2 hds. I use the drivers off the raid card disk, otherwise, it says that it doesnt see any hard drives. When i go into the install though, instead of giving me the setup options, it goes right to the recovery console. anyone have any ideas??

Use a Win 98 boot disk, fdisk /mbr the drive, then fdisk the drive and recreate the partition. Then restart the install with the SCSI drivers (ensure you have the latest drivers).

well that isnt what fixed it, i ended up on a whim switching out my keyboard for a different one, and that worked...i guess one of the function keys must be screwed up, thanks though
