I have XP Pro but have never heard of this wizard. I suspect if you go to the printers folder in Control Panel that this may be set as your default printer? If so, right-click on the printer you want and click on "set as default". Just a shot in the dark tho - I know how annoying those da** popups are...

Should have included this in the last post: if you have programming skills and are experiencing this problem from within an application, code to suppress the dialog exists here:
OK one more thing: if you open windows explorer, click on "tools", then "folder options", then "file types", you can change what program is used to open a specific file type (such as a .jpg). This is probably the solution you were looking for. I'll quit triple-posting now, and go lay by my dish...
