XP Office upgrade

Running XP Office with Front Page, tried to download the latest upgrade, did that ok, tried to install it, failed for some reason, now Outlook has problems that says that Outlook can repair, then says that I have to restart Windows. Restaing Windows doesn't fix the problem.
HELP????

Probably best to uninstall and then reinstall completely. I have seen that happen before and it is easier and quicker it seems to just uninstall and start over.

Perhaps an obvious question but are you trying to instal Office XP SP1 or SP2?
