I have a user who is trying to insert a clipart picture into a document. She was able to use all of her default pictures as well as online clipart pictures prior to the upgrade. Since the upgrade from Office 97 to Office XP Pro she hasn't been able to use any of the online clipart, (previously downloaded or new)or many of her default clipart pictures. If she copies a clipart from an old document and pastes it into the new, she is unable to format it.
The error message is as follows: The server application, source file, or item cannot be found. Make sure the application is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.
The upgrade was installed properly, and XP Office SP1 was applied. I ran the "Office Repair Tool" and to no avail. What else is there?
