Hey,

Does anyone know if a way of having a windows XP machine delete the local profile created when logged in when you log out...?

I've looked in the group policies but can only find such a policy for roaming profiles..

Many thanks

;O)

cheers

If you are connecting to a domain, setup the romaing profiles. It shouldn't leave a local profile copy.

There was a good discussion recently of this issue:

thread779-550783

What I did for one user was to install GoBack from Roxio, and set the autorevert option.

Is there anyway to use these faults on purpose? They result in a Temporary Profile which is deleted on logoff.
