Hi,

I have a cable modem connected to an XP Pro machine with two network cards. One card connects directly to the cable modem and the other connects my LAN (One other machine at the moment). The machine with two NICs can access the Internet perfectly, however the client machine cannot. ("Page cannot be loaded..."). I am using Internet Connection Sharing which gets automatically setup when you run the "Network setup wizard".

Can anyone help? I've tried everything and searched heaps of other web sites.

Thanks,

Marcus.

What kind of cable are you using between the machines? You might need to get a crossover Cat5 cable.

Thanks Roche,

Just fixed the problem... turned out to be something with my wireless LAN access point. Thanks for the reply...

Marcus.
