Xp Home Problem - hibernate or motherboard

How y'all doing..

When I start the computer, the monitor screen will flash up (black to white for a sec.), the keyboard (Num Lock Light) will flash for a sec. .. and that's it. .. the 3 fan's inside are running, the mouse sensor light comes on. ... what could be the problem?

They said, it was hibernating ... could it be that it stuck? or did the motherboard got bad? It's a OnBoard Graphic, I know that is not good,.. =)

Did u try to clear the BIOS? if not try it and reset it to defauly
