What is the format of the TSID for faxes? I'm using
(123)456-7890 NAME

When I use Word to send the doc to the fax, it goes thru the fax wizard but doesn't send it.

The Send a Fax option under 'File' in the Fax Console is grayed out.

Hi - I had it configured right but couldn't understand why there was a message at the bottom of the window: "All fax printers are inaccessible". So I did a Google search with that phrase in quotes, and found a site in the UK that had a registry update for the problem - they said it was an XP bug but I couldn't find anything in the MS KB.

I created a restore point just in case & then double-clicked on the file. It updated the registry & then I opened the fax console and did not see the error message.
I opened my Word doc & did a file print to the fax & lo and behold, it worked!
