xp goes back to default

Greetings,

Recently, when I rebooted my machine it came up (taking a few minutes to load my personal settings), and everything
is at default. No bookmarks/desktop/firewall etc. all
back like I just loaded XP. :-(

It works fine, but wondering why its like that. I ran
Hyjackthis/AVG/Adaware/Spybot to no avail.

Probably a corrupted user profile. Create a new profile and copy the old profile to this one.
