XP gets wrong time zone from domain SNTP server

For some reason, one XP system is getting the wrong time zone from the domain controller which is also the time server.

The server settings (\\mail) are set to MST -7 and properly sync with all the other XP, Vista and other servers.

C:\Documents and Settings\Mark>net time /set
Current time at \\MAIL is 3/20/2008 4:19 AM

Local time (GMT-06:00) at \\MAIL is 3/20/2008 5:19 AM

The current local clock is 3/20/2008 4:19 AM

Is Daylight savings time enabled on either the server or the XP box?

Daylight Savings is enabled on both the server and XP machine.

Are all machines in the same (and correct) Time Zone?

Can you check the Date and Time in the System Bios of the XP machine and make sure that is correct?

Maybe you have missed out on some of the Recommended Updates as opposed to Security Updates. If so manually checking with Windows Updates might help.
