Xp Crash, Help plz

OK, i hav XP Pro Updated with all updates. It crashes, i dunno why, i jus started couple days ago. It just freezes and i cant do anything. The mouse dont move, no blue screen, jus like a picture. i hav to reset on the pc case. Could it be the RAM, or XP. I hav 2X 512 MB Kingston PC3200 HyperX Memory.

By booting press F8? Then try to load the system in the safe mode and try to find out what the problem is.

What should i be lookin for?

first, to check that the system loads. if this is the case you can go to the system settings and search for, say conflicts between hardware drivers or settings whatsoever. try to get more information from support.microsoft.com.
