Ok, I have two clients who cannot see two other clients.
All pcs are XP SP2
All pcs are in the same Workgroup
All have Node type = broadcast
All have IP Routing enabled
All have netbios enabled
All use DHCP for IP & DNS
All have Windows Firewall with File & Printer sharing as an exception
Client 1 can see all clients except client 4 - when she pings client 4 by name, the IP Address is returned but the request times out, likewise when she pings by IP addy.
When I run NET VIEW \\CLIENT4 from client 1, I get the error message 'System Error 53 has occured. Network path not found'
When I try and browse client 4 through 'My Network places' I get the error '\\Client4 is not accessible. You might not have permission....Contact the Administrator'
All other clients in the Workgroup can connect to client4 and client4 can connect to all clients, including Client1
No Spyware or viruses -Client 1 can connect to all other shares
Any ideas?
Thanks
