I am having a problem with Windows XP and Outlook 2000. Normal Email flows fine but as soon as I try and send an email with an attachment, Outlook times out. I have a dlink as an internet router. I checked the router and there is nothing keeping email with attachments. HELP!!!!!!

Have you tried sending an email with an attachment using a different mail program such as Yahoo? I would try setting up a "dummy" account and test to see whether or not it is Outlook or your connection.
