XP and Clipper based DOS program

Help,

Can not get Clipper based DOS program to execute in XP pro.
Runtime 1204 error. DOS .exe is on network. Made sure I have all rights to ALL DIRs involved. What if any type of environment do I need to set? I've set FILE statement in autoexec.

Have you tried to run the program in another compatability modus ?

Right click the program and select the compatibilty sheet. Select "run this program as" and choose Windows 95. Should do the trick..
