Hopefully someone can answer this one for me.

I just installed WinXP Pro(which seems to be working great) and tried to access my work email. I am used to seeing a popup box of "Username", "Password", "Domain"(this is Exchange Webmail). Now all I see is "Username" and "Password". I type them in and hit ok and it does not connect. How do I get the "Domain" box to pop back up?

Thanks in advance.

Roger

Try Control Panel > System (or right click My Computer > Properties) > Select the Compuiter Name (tab) > Click Change or Network ID (runs a wizard) to join the domain.

Hope this helps.... ----

That won't work. I have a home domain(call it "home" for example) and a work webmail I am connecting to over the internet(call it "WORK"). When I used to connect on W2K I would get three text boxes as stated above now I only get two. I need to be able to specify the domain when connecting.

Thank you for trying though.

You might want to post over in the Exchange Forum.

Sorry I couldn't assist. ----

I have the same problem. But what you need to do is type the domain name with a backslash then username "domainname\username" for example; microsoft.com\bgates

Thanks, I actually had figured it out after many hours of frustration...

Its always the simple things...
