XP/2k pro Compatability?

Just a quick question here...

If a program states that its "95/98/XP Compatable"

Is it your opinion that the program will also run under w2k Pro?

Assuming it is not just run under Win95 compatability mode under XP. Win2k does not have the compatability features of XP.

although from SP2, win2k does have run as win95/8/NT compatibility features.

It should work most of the time however their are a few occasions in which it might not. As 2000 was a business based operating system some programs like games may or may not work due to driver incompatability
