Hi our supplier has told us that the XN120 is going end of life? either that or they are stopping selling it?

They are recommending the NEC SL1100 as it replacement has anyone had experience/recommendations of the NEC SL1100

e.g. will they rack mount, analogue extensions, programming etc just your experience of them would be great or should we consider something else?

Yup, XN-120 is now EOL. Still 5 years to run on upgrades etc. No experience of SL yet but have been told its very similar to XN but uses Aspire phones. We will look at it anyway although it costs more than the XN did fort he same spec by the looks of it.

Thanks wireman50, been hearing the same as you about the SL

We really liked the XN for its modular design, not changing cabinets/boxes as the system grows, very little waste but the down side was the 4wire system phone extensions :(

Think were going to get an SL1100 and have a play around with it and make sure it can do what we want before jumping in.
