XN120 Auto-Attendant

Hi All
Having problems assigning Auto-Attendant option on NEC XN120.
The option we are wanting to configure is that once a call is answered by the Auto-Attendant the incoming caller has an option to dial the extension direct.
We have entered option "105=Prompt to dial extension" in the single digit operation but when dialing extension on incoming call system times out and drops call.

Any assistance in resolving this issue will be appreciated.

This sounds like the timers for Auto Attendant are still in default. I suggest you look under Easy Edit>Auto Attendant>

Also one of the common mistakes with this type of switch is once you've applied the amended config upload then disconnect. Reconnect and then upload again. Remember to tick the modified PRG box when uploading. You'll see it in the left hand box. Another good one is the History. You can see all the modified PRGs you have done which can help if things suddenly stop working.
