suppose we have value in an xml table that have delimiters search for particular delimeters and then replace them with certain other data.and now save this new xml file different location.what function to use to extract that value and change.i reached to the particular node through xpathiterator now to extract that value and change is with something and looping until we get that delimeter and change all these .i want the help in c#

table contains a value xppppx where x*x are delimeters search for them in a table and replace them with some other constant whole data i.e xpppx should be replaced with supposed nnnnn

This sounds like a database question, not an XML question. Can you post some sample code? (not a lot, just enough to illustrate the point).
