Yes I have seen that, but not just withheld calls though, Xima say it's when a complete call record cannot be generated due to missing/corrupt information (like when monitor says "missed packets"), in which case it simply lists it as a separate recording......at least I think that was it (was in some docs)

Missed packets can create gaps in call details, often missing Talking events, so there is no event to attach the Recording to.

Chronicall version 3.4.7 contains an exception for the text "withheld". If new calls after 3.4.7 update do not associate, please send a compressed database backup to Xima Support.
