I installed Xima last November on an R9 IPO 500V2. They just started using the software and when they go to print a report Xima is showing that there were no calls in part of January and all of February (which is impossible as they are a small call center). All other times/dates show the reporting fine. Xima is saying they don't know why and to check with their IT support to see if they made any changes. The IT support is saying they made no changes during that time. Any ideas what would cause a gap in either the IPO sending or the Xima receiving the smdr info?

Monitor could have been unticked in security settings.
TFTP config read may have been unticked after an upgrade.
Xima service may not have been running (more likely)

When you log on to Xima, on the dashboard home page you can see the status of your system.

Version: 3.6(18) (Update Available)
Calls today: 27
Calls this hour: 20
Logging Status: Logging
Recording Library Status: Running

Logging Status: Logging<-----relevant for you (if not working it will be in red, say Status: Not Logging.

In a call centre environment you'll know when you see it because your heart will beat a little faster.[smile]

Chronicall does not collect SMDR data. It obtains its information from the events in the Monitor feed.

If you have current Xima care, you can do two things.

1) Updates Chronicall to latest release. 3.6(24)
2) Log a support ticket with them for investigation. They can check log files for any information.

also, I recommend setting up alerts in Chronicall to email someone when logging stops.

They do have Xima Care. They checked their log files and said it didn't show anything. That is when they pointed to the IT support to see if they made any changes. I will definitely have them set-up to email when logging stops. Thanks for the responses.
