I have installed Chronicle and it is unable to find any call data on any reports. It see's our IPO 500 and sees the users and hunt groups. Any ideas??

OK. Nothing too major then. Don't suppose you have any idea on what the cost is likely to be. I know it's not on their website as it's still beta.

no idea, i was under the impression that it should be out of beta stage by now, but i havent had any emails or correspondence from them other than support when i have been playing around with it.

how are you finding it?

it's ok. I love how it connects and draws info, but the reporting side is awful. very basic info and dreadful looking reports.

I compare to

http://www.timdemo.com

and tim enterprise which allow you to drill down into the results of a report and get more info. It's also a bit annoying trying to see what you want, from my experience most people want 2 or 3 reports (e.g. how much each user is costing, how many calls coming in and peak times) which is a bit of a pain to extract.

the cradle to the grave feature (what a shxt name) is rather useless but merely shows that it can capture this info unlike other systems. They should sell the script which reads from monitor to other logging companies.

Anyway, you asked, i ranted and raved or graved rather!,

how's the star hunting going on? you're doing pretty well on the list for a newcomer?

i know, dont know how that happened....
i seem to get away with answering basic stuff all the time.
its seems to be if you ask, then you get.

that was the thing that got me was the cradle to the grave. its amazing. but the reporting is bad, pretty much every custom report i have made has taken ages to get right.
