XHTML Validation

Hi all.
I'm trying to validate my page:

http://www.eye-floaters.com

(results of which are

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.eye-floaters.com

However, it keeps saying its invalid because it recognises » as being invalid. Thing is, I edited the source code to replace » with &raquo, but when I upload it replaces the tag with » again. So as far as the validator is concerned, I have » in my source code when it should be a an & tag instead.

I use Dreamweaver MX.

Any ideas?

Looks also like you've got some uppercase tags in there which will cause any xhtml validation to fail.
