Xfr - # - Mlbx not working 1

System: IP Office 500 vs2 7.0.27
I have a system where when an end user does a transfer, then #, then the mailbox number, it is not going into the users mailbox number. As soon as the # is pressed a fast busy occurs.

We have made sure to merge/ reboot and it just won't work. The transferring directly to a mailbox is not working.

Any ideas?

You need to create a shortcode for this to work, it isn't standard operation

I was always told that it is automatic that it is in there by default. On a system where it is working, I have looked at the short codes and haven't seen any short code like that.

Well there is I promise you, that's why it isn't working

It needs to be:

Shortcode - #XXX (assuming 3 digit extn)
Feature - VM Collect
Tel number - "#"N

Or you can believe the other people and raise it as a bug

Or if your phones have a visual voice button you can use that to transfer calls to a mailbox
