xfer'g outside caller Modular Messaging

Does anyone know what controls need to be changed to transfer an outside caller (came in on a bridged appear)back to the originator VM box?
any assistance would be great.

Hit transfer (your number for your voicemail system) *## extension number then transfer again

That seem do lengthy.
With Intuity Audix we would press transfer #7 transfer.

Transfer #7 Transfer works for internal calls but not for external with MM.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Sorry that is all I found that works. We are using the Aria interface.
