Xerox Workcentre M940 Color Issue

Here's one thats got me stumped.

Have this Workcentre that wasn't printing any color whatsoever. Checked the cartridges, they're all over 3/4 full. Checked the printhead. Was FUBAR so replaced the printhead, reinserted the cartridges, cleaned it and still am not getting any color (Eliminate computer drivers from the issue as I did the testpage direct from the printer itself). Any suggestions other than the .357 cure? <G>

Hi Talked to xerox tech support they say??? That each print head has a fuse?? Do not know how you replace but mine is the black will not print eather I have less then 50 prints and have replace both Pheads and Ink and did all the suggestions by xerox no luck they (Xerox) no longer support 940-950 printers have out sorced to a company in FL the company says that over phone consultations are 30.00$ or send unit and they will repair\exchange etc do not know how reliable they are.

I have lost the website but am sure that if you go to Xerox site you will find it. I believe it is a great paper wht.
