Xerox WorkCentre 4150 won't report ready

Environment:
MS Server 2k3 running as a Print Server

I have set up a queue on a print server, but the queue reports offline. I know that in the past, we have had issues with using the Global Print Driver on a print server where older models might have conflicting DLLs.

Now, I install this printer, we already have one of hte same model running the Global Print Drivers that is functioanl, but this one just won't report ready, it just says offline. I've tried the PS drivers, the PCL drivers, the PCL6 drivers, and two versions of the Global Print Drivers. Nothing seems to work.

To complicate issues, if I make a queue on my local PC, using the global print drivers, then it works like a charm. It just seems to have issues with the print server.

Any help would be MOST appreciated.

don't have any good answers for you on this one as there are some many variables. Have you tried contacting Xerox support at 800-835-6100?
