It will not work. The blocks for one are a different shape and they are made of different chemicals. It is not advised to shave the ink to make it fit either. The printers are designed for specific ink blocks and using ink blocks from another machine can clog the print head and cause other print quality issues among jammed ink sticks in the ink loader.
