7750 DXF with jamming problems. It Jams in the horizontal transport, the fuser, and door A,B+C. The paper in the horizontal transport just stops at the first sensor. The second page then colides with the first in the exit gate/fuser area. The third page stops behind door A+B+C. (When duplexing, When simplexing it wont hapen as frequently but page 1 is in the same spot and you can go from there, just add annother page into the mix) Now for the fun stuff.

Only when printing from a power point presentation with graphics, not just text.

Doesnt mater which computer it is from.

Only when using 28 lb bond set at plain or heavy plain paper. (won't do it with 20 lbs set at plain or heavy plain)

Doesnt matter which tray either.

Parts replaced so far: Offset exit asm, Horizontal transport asm, Inverter asm. All before we figured out it was only from 1 program

Printer started with about 32k printson it 3 long days later and still not for sure what the exact solution is it is over 50k prints.

Any one have any other ideas?

I've seen 7700s do something similar, and also seen such things happen with other printers like Docutechs. There is something in the file that does it. PDF'ing the file and printing from the PDF instead of the native file will probably handle. Good luck and let me know what happens.
