I am currently working on a Tiger build and I can not print to any of our Xerox Docucolor X12 printers. I know Tiger has had issues with IP printing. Just wondering if any one here knows a fix or if it is working fine for you.
Call Xerox support. They will want your FU2 number and they will put you through to second level colour. In the US the number is 1-800-821-2797 and in canada it's 1-800-939-3769.
Most likely you have a problem with your permissions.
First try using the Mac OS9 driver it avoids the CUPS.
