I am getting this error on one page when trying to print a 63 page pdf to my Xerox Doc12:

The original document was created in InDesign and the pdf was generated using the application, my customer was able to print the document on her home printer with no errors. I got the same error when printing to my Tektronix Phaser 780. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Have you tried downloading the pdf using Fiery Downloader or Command Workstation?

Your Getting a postscript error. Try doing a print to file with the Fiery/Splash driver ( you dont say what RIP your DC12 has). If it fails, then the job is at fault. If its ok, submit the newly created PRN file to the RIP via dowloader in CWS if its a Fiery.
