I have a Phaser 850DP. It has operated perfectly for the last 3 years. Recently, I have been getting drips of green ink on my copies. When I run the "eliminate Light Stripes" I get some green lines in the black row, no cyan in second row at all with some green, some green lines in the magenta row, and more green in the yellow row. Can someone tell me what could be happening?

Sounds like you're not using Xerox ink in your machine?

No, I am using ink from a company called printer power.

Your printhead is (probably) gone, and probably due to using non-xerox ink. Better give Xerox a call and get an engineer out, they are able to test in their lab if the failure was due to using the non-xerox ink. Usually the companies that manufacture the imitation ink, give you some guarantee on their ink (eg. they will pay for the repair). Not sure if this is the case with the ink you are using as well though.
