My first question is how good are you with tools? The problem you have is caused by the V rack assembly out of position. If you want to put it back I'll give you the directions, it's not hard, but I don't want get you in over your head. Later
Thanks for the suggestion, that was the error and I took the side panel off and realigned the gears. No problem with that and its up and working great!
Hello, I'm currently dealing with this same issue.
I'm very handy with tools and am not afraid to make any adjustments, do any needed dissassembly etc, but would very much appreciate any details that my be provided as to what to look for to verify that the V rack is the issue, and the proceedure for makeing the needed adjustment.
