I have a KX-T7633-B phone (PT). I was using a Plantronics headset as an SLT device on the XDP port of the phone. It worked well for a long time, then someone tried to program the phone and messed up some settings. The headset doesn't work properly anymore. The PT extension number is 101 and the XDP port is 201. I need the XDP port to be 101, too. When they were parallel, everything worked fine. How do I re-program or turn on XDP parallel for extension 101?

Thanks, Joe

program 600 in main programming and enable it for that extension port

Thanks. Now I know it's possible. Can you give me the key strokes in program 600 to make the change. I'm not sure which phone to program from or what the system password is, either.

I cant help with system password as all service engineers change the default password for security.

I am not sure if it will work as you want as they wont work together as one, if you are on the digital port and pick up the analogue port it will take the call from the digital and vice versa.

That is exactly how I envisioned it would work. The phone and headset used to work nicely together in just that manner. As I mentioned, someone pushed too many programming buttons trying to accomplish something else and ended up defaulting the XDP port. All I would like to do is change it back so it has the same intercom number as the PT (101). Can you give me the key strokes to perform this programming change? I'll figure out the pw another way, I guess. Thanks for your help!

Just in passing, did you lose the link to the XDP (600) or did you happen to just lose the ring command (*391)?

I'm not that familiar with the system, but I believe I lost the link. The XDP extension is definitely 102 (separate from the PT which is 101). The first thing I tried to do was toggle *391/0 on and off. But it had no effect.

My bad. The XDP port is 201. I'm dyslexic on Mondays before coffee.

I still have not found a resolution to this problem. If anyone has anything to add, I would warmly welcome it. Thank you.
