x450a cyclic reboot

Hi

We have just powered up 2 Extreme x450a switches...
But we can not log on to console because of cycling reboot all the time. And here we have the logs:

Have you gotten in to the switches at all? If not I would return them as DOA.

Repeatedly hold down the space bar when you get see Running POST... from the Console Port using a terminal emulator such as TeraTerm in order to access the BootRom> prompt. Try using the command "boot 2" in order to try booting the switch using the secondary (2) software image bank instead of the primary (1). You can also try booting from am empty configuration file by breaking back into the BootRom> if selecting secondary bank does not work by using "config bogus" The word bogus can be any word. It's just a ficticious config file name. The switch will basically launch a factory default config file because it cannot locate a real configuration file called bogus.

Suggest new software and bootrom. 12.0.3.16 is a little old considering they are up to 12.4 now and bootrom 1.0.5.5.

Let me know if either method works. If not, you may have to return them to Extreme for repair. But let me know either way.
