x univ trk problem no tone

i had 2 trunks with loop start
they were working fine yesterday however today it is not working
when i dial ACOD i dont hear any dial tone even no noise or battery tone
if some one call on line it rings on console (Auto terminate DN is set to 0) however when operator attends the call nothing happens and calling party still hears ringing tone mean call is not piked.
secondly CS RED light is on since this problem.

Check the trunks manually with a butt set to make sure they are working. Check that cross connects are punched down correctly and not a little loose.

No luck with butt set cross connects are punched correctly
trunk line is fine as it dials and receives out side the system however do not works when i punch it in cabnit
after punching when i cal on that number it rings on auto terminate DN so i am sure it is punched correctly however the call can not be picked and from site dialing ACOD do not returns any thing

our local code is 7500 and the main exchange from where E1 is provided for outside access code is 7800 when we call out side the system our CLI goas with 7800+DN instead of 7500+DN

You can try a different port on the card but it sounds dead

i unplug the card and ported it on another free space no luck
on butt set it gives low tone like 3902 sets give on butt or normal sets
when i call on trunk line number it shouts ring on console call can not be connected then
in LD 97 sysp i set it INTN to NO and LD 17 PARM to MU but no luck
