X station Coverage Path

I have a G3SI and I built station 4700 as an X port, type 2500 station. Calls from outside to this number route to Coverage path 47. In Cov Path 47 I have Cov remote 47 to an outside number.
I find that I can only have 1 call at a time. The second call gets a busy. How can I process several calls through this setup? The target destination can handle many calls at once. I found that it is the Avaya that is only letting one call process at a time.

Not sure it will work but assign a 2nd coverage path to a remote coverage path, make this one 48 and see if it works.

I would change from a station to a VDN with a Vector.
In the vector, use the command route-to number 9[outside number]. That should handle as many calls as you have lines.
