Have any of you successfully connected X-Lite client to Teleworker? If yes please tell us how??

I managed to register ext 5223 but am unable to make a call.

Can you elaborate on your network configuration. Is the MBG in server/gateway mode or in a DMZ.

voipin/dryaquaman,

I think the MBG is not actually doing its job as a SIP proxy server. I managed to register my X-Lite client to the 3300 internally, but when changing the LAN IP Address (3300) by the public IP of my MBG, I get error 404 on my X-Lite.

Regards,

Daniel

Something is wrong with the your network configuration. If you uncheck "register with domain and receive incoming calls" you will be able to register x-lite externally but will be unable to make calls.

SIP Support. If the SIP connector is enabled, then this port
is required for SIP signaling between MBG and the set, and
MBG and the ICP.

For deployment in a DMZ, the external address should be dedicated to the Multi-protocol Border Gateway, must be publicly routable and reachable from both the Internet
and the internal network.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in one-way or no-way audio.
Some firewalls that use port-forwarding to simulate a DMZ are not supported.

voipin, those are the settings I've got...

I'll open a ticket with tech support and let you know once resolved.

Thanks very much for your advise,

Daniel
