WYSE 1200LE Thin Client Error "Stop Ica. Connection..."

We are using Mtafeame XP farm on windows 2000 and WYSE 1200LE winterm thin clients to connect to Citrix Servers. Some of our users are getting the error Connection Reset by Peer and they get disconnected from servers and sometimes when they restart they get another users session. Please advise.

in citrix event log there are some message with id 1003 or 1004 ?
If so, you are a Terminal Server License problem (TSCAL)
