Hi everyone,
I am running WSS 3.0 and someone is deleting the home page announcment every few days. Does anyone know how i can track him/her down. I was told by managment to find out so they can let the person know to stop deleting the home page announcmnet. Unfortunattly there are 80 users with access to create/delete.

Thank you in advanced for your help

Hi,

I'm trying to find out how to determine whether a server has a MOSS 2007 WFE installation on it based off the running processes or services.

It seems relatively simple to run PsTools query on a server's processes/services to find out whether any WSS 3.0 services are running, but given the difference in license cost I'm required to identify - if possible using PsTools query - to find out if a MOSS 2007 installation is present as well.

Any alternative method (retrieving a value from IIS which indicates a MOSS 2007 install) would also be good.

Any ideas how to achieve this or if this is even possible?
