WS5 Power UP

I have a WS5, it used to bootup fine, but right now when i power it up, it does the blue micros screen, then goes to the system bios configuration and just sits on a blank screen, the blue light above the power button just blinks, any help would be greatly appreciated.

unplug the power cable.
unscrew the cover of the cf and clean the card and blow the socket.
reseat
plug in again.

We've had the same problem with our WS5s. I've only removed the power cord for 10 sec. not removed the cf card. Micros says it's a known problem with no fix.
