The time is off by an hour on the recordings but the server and the ip office is correct. Does anybody know how to resolve this?

@DutchRonald most likely, yes, different timezones, maybe even daylight savings time *shudder*.

I don't know how to link to tek-tips threads internally, so here's a full link.

What is the System configuration in the IP Office?
Time Settings
Time Offset (hours:minutes)

What is the Timezone of the VMP service?

I have the same issue with the time on ContactStore. Anyone have the fix???

Thanks

its a java runtime environment issue. search for TZupdater and follow it. that should fix it. here is what i have in my notes

C:\Program Files\Witness\jre\bin\lib to verify previous installation has not been accomplished. (No Updated files or directories)
C:\Program Files\Witness\jre\bin\tzupdater.jar file
At the command prompt execute in the following C:\Program Files\Witness\jre\bin directory.
java -jar tzupdater.jar -u Every installation should be in the C:\Program Files\Witness\jre\bin\lib

i.e.
e:\jre\bin
CMD
e:
cdcd e:\jre\bin
java -jar tzupdater.jar -u

ACE IP Telephony
ACS IP Office

hi
I updated my VM and CS server I installed to a freshly new server, but after installion and i restored the CS database and then I realize that server time zone still remains Us locale. I changed to locale etc +2 but after that realized that actual time differs from CS. 3 hours early from server time.

I used TZupdater.jar. zi folder updated but nothing changed.
I also update C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib but still the same

do you have any opinion about that?
what am I missing?

I also attached screenshots
